About

A blue dog holding a camera

I'm Doktor! I'm a photographer based in the greater Boston area. I'm primarily interested in portraits, but I also enjoy photographing events, landscapes, and wildlife.

I have a Telegram channel where I share random photos, website updates, and commission info. You can also find me on Twitter.

If you want to support my work, check out my Ko-fi page. Thanks!

Did I mention that I have a cool Telegram channel?

Commercial work

I regularly take commissions at larger conventions, including Anthrocon and Midwest FurFest. You can check this page or my Twitter for details on commission openings. If you're interested in contract work outside of conventions, please contact me directly.

Photography

In 2015, my last year of high school, I picked up a DSLR for the first time. I borrowed my parents' Canon EOS 550D and took photos for the school yearbook. I didn't know what I was doing, but I had fun, and some of my photos were published in the yearbook.

In January 2016, I attended my first convention, Anthro New England 2016. I knew very few people who were attending, so I volunteered to help run the con's Photo Room so I had something to do. It was the first time I had picked up a camera since high school, and I still didn't know what I was doing, but I was instantly hooked.

Anthro New England

I'm the Photo Department Lead for Anthro New England (ANE), a convention held annually in Boston, MA. The Photo Department organizes and runs several photography & fursuiting events at ANE, including the Photo Room, Pooltoy Party!, Fursuit Photo, and Fursuit Parade.
